@MAVERICK700509 did you buy the game or did you download a crappy (Pirated) version of it? the one you buy works most of time if not your computer can't handle the CPU usage.

and for pirated version (that means ones that people stole and cracked and all that happy horse shit) most time it has a virus or is not the complete file.

I STRONGLY suggest you buy it from EA and not download it from pirated sites.

@mcsinan123 i wonder it myself: this game is supposed to have EXACTLY same system requirements as Tiberium wars, but it lags on my PC too (actually it runs normally around 30 min, than freezes my PC). Interesting part is, that i can run Tiberium wars (true, on lowest settings) PERFECTLY!

@DarkDain the ASAT network was knocked out, plus the GDI budget was cut because of a perceived lower threat (it's in the files you earn over time in the game) so there weren't any redundancies. Ironically the guy who cut the budget ends up being the Director!

@DarkDain you do know that the satilite that the missle past was an ion cannon right? primary space defense. shoots down missles. but in the first mission you take down the controls on earth so it is inoperable. so it technicaly "had" defense

Base building is for unskilled bastards who obviously have no offensive technique, i counter base building with... base building and it works just fine since im alot faster at it than most players who do it butt i prefer to stay away from such cheap moves. I just had me a 2 hour long match last night against one of the best C&C3 TW players on xbox360 and it was a good clean game.

I dislike Tiberium Wars. . .for the following reasons:

cheap ripoff of fast-pace starcraft gameplay

some units are completely useless

the battles were way too fast pace

3rd campaign sequence (aliens) was too short

aliens. . . .wtf?

many of the units looked like ripoffs from FILMS AND OTHER VIDEO GAMES!

graphics were not impressive (especially base design)

the game made garrisoning easier to clear out

The aliens did belong...they were setup by previous Westwood games (the original starters of C&C) to be included. Have you even played Renegade, Tiberian Dawn or Tiberian sun? But it has some plot holes and issues yes. But I still enjoyed C&C 3 it was fairly well done by EA standards minus some plot holes.
