I don't think gnr have more feeling than nirvana, like I prefer the solo from smell like teen spirit over any solo from slash or izzy... It is all a matter of point of view and taste :) . After on the technique part gnr is way better than nirvana. When Layne died, they proceeded RESPECTFULLY and the result was one of their strongest albums. GNR gutted almost their ENTIRE lineup, spent over a decade on their record, which was decent at best.

I don't think gnr have more feeling than nirvana, like I prefer the solo from smell like teen spirit over any solo from slash or izzy... It is all a matter of point of view and taste :) . After on the technique part gnr is way better than nirvana. But these two band had completely opposite goal one just wanted to play music while the other one wanted to be the best band so it's kind of useless to compare them ^^

@fearlessfrable26 Last time i checked Pearl Jam just celebrated its 20th with MASSIVE reception, and STP and Soundgarden are going stronger than ever. And those bands came back the RIGHT way, not like GNR which is pretty much 'The Axl Rose Band'. Just compare what they did to what Alice in Chains. When Layne died, they proceeded RESPECTFULLY and the result was one of their strongest albums. GNR gutted almost their ENTIRE lineup, spent over a decade on their record, which was decent at best.
