@dchgr68r "3.55" is the PS3 firmware version (by updating). "Jailbreak" means the console is modified to play free games using a special USB stick (that you make yourself using downloaded files). There are tutorials on Youtube on how to Jailbreak your PS3 console....if you can pull it off you can download/rip games for free and play them on any PS3 console using your magic flash USB stick

those characters were put into game just as bosses in order to keep storyline complete as it used to be. But I find nothing interesting in them as playable characters, simply hard smashing hits ands kicks, no technique, no serious combo variations.
