Your maintenance crews are fantastic. I've been blow away every year with how smooth your woodies are, especially The Raven last year. Keep up the great work!
Although, it would be cool to get Mike Rowe or someone there to do a show on coaster maintenance.. I know they already had the guy from Travel Channel come, but someone more distinguished like Mike Rowe would grab more attention. :)
I'm guessing they're not screaming because they don't have time to. You can't really have "fun" when it's your JOB to notice anything that could go wrong on the ride. "Oh that was a bit too bumpy there" or "I felt an unusual shift to the left there" or something.

Track lubrication is usually just them walking along the track and spraying.... Nothing special.
