Commanding a team in India for a ground breaking project "first time in India" sort of work is a NIGHTMARE. Most in India prefer safety net of a call center or doing part of process (jobwork) tasks for companies like EA, Microsoft etc.

But if u can do something ground up in India, u have my respect. In that, GHajni game team has erned mine. I salute Ghajni game team and the investors for trying this out only 2 get grilled in u-tube by us, rather than just open up another call center.

@RKRtheFantastic - that is because of investor mentality. Having 200,000,000,000 skilled coders don't give u a good game if the investors who can put a team together favours investing in sure safe return projects like call center or doing job work for foreign projects.

The interest and demand is there in India 4 game devel, but most investors opt 4 jobwork or 2 invest in call centers. Noone wants 2 take a risk in doing something big. These guys have done dat in GHajni, and that deserve praise?
