They have their noted differences, Orlando and Hollywood versions, but they shouldn't be bashed like that. I've only been on the Orlando version and would very much love to ride the Hollywood one. They are both great rides.

Just got back from there. Went on this thing without knowing squat about it, and the whole propulsion thing really took me by surprise! It feels much faster with the lights off then when I see it with the lights on. Maybe it's just cause I really wasn't expecting it.

out of all the records held by other theme parks and companies such Cedar, Six flags, Disney, hendeson, seaworld, Universal has had 0! Its a great company but they just reuse and take the worst stuff. Yes this ride is awesome but i think the effects are cheesy! Serously, they use light up neon paintings to scare you, and then a more robot like animtronic! Cedar has the best coasters, and disney has the best theming, six flags has great diversity. Oh by the way Disney has the best tech, animatr.

The Orlando Mummy is my favorite still, mainly because you get launched into his mouth and plunged into darkness. Also, the scarabs come right after the riches part and there is a point where you believe the ride has endend and it hasn't. The concept is just too great. This version has some neat elements as well though, with the mummy arms descending from the ceiling and such. Still neat, I love the rides.
