I used to get messages from these assholes telling me to subcribe and stuff almost everyday. It was getting really annoying, so i put as a warning that if I see people sent me messages or putting comments on my page about subbing, I WILL block them, period. Ever since then, nobody (at least not yet) has bother me anymore with that.

I mean I've asked people to check out my fight vids before because my channel is small and I'm just trying to get it going. But I don't spam people to death and I never force anyone to subscribe. Viewing one of my vids should be enough for them to decide whether they wish to follow me or not.

I don't think I am a YouTube star, and I totally agree with you. The point of the video was that people will use anything and say anything to get subscriptions... even flattery.

On the money as always AG. Some guys asking me to look when it comes to a particular subject or something that they saw I was interested in somewhere (like videogames) I can handle, but someone desperate for subs and attention is just a waste of another 10 seconds of my life looking at the message. Occasionally though (however rare) someone may randomly refer me to their channel and they just so happen to have pretty darn good videos, so two sides of the coin with promoting videos to people.
