the funny thing is that when he speaks he thinks he sounds normal. somebody needs to kick him in the ass and explain that it isn't normal and he sounds like a stroke victim. any good speech therapist can help with his retard-like speech problem. i know it's a brain issue, specifically with cerebellum and motor control. However, modern research suggests that this disability can be treated superficially.
