First, your are a pretty girl and there is nothing about ur face to be insecure about. Second, the eyeliner really brings out the green in your eyes, and since they are done obviously on purpose I think they look quite good and gutsy. A purple eyeliner will accentuate the green pigment in your eyes even more and looks softer. I think the problem is your foundation. You look like you have great skin. Just using a concealer and tinted balm would be enough. Sorry people are mean to you.

Too much make-up would be caking the foundation/powder, wearing multiple eyeshadows that don't blend well, and a lip liner with a lipstick/gloss that doesn't match well. Because a woman could be wearing 10 different make-up products, but if she applies it in the right way, she could look like she's wearing three.

Well, you sort of do wear too much makeup, but there's really no "perfect" amount, I guess. I wear too much makeup, and I'll admit that. But it becomes "too much" I suppose when you start looking like you're about to go clubbin' and where you're really going isn't that much of an occasion. But I like wearing loads of makeup, and I know it's a lot, so people don't say it to my face because they know I know it :P And quite frankly, it doesn't make a difference on how much makeup I wear each day.

I've seen people with too much makeup. You go a little heavy on the eyeliner - but it's very "glam." I wouldn't say it's too much for YOU. I'd say it's too much for ME, but you obviously know how to wear makeup!! That's what matters. You do NOT look like a cheap wh*re. You look very glamorous and that look is IN these days so don't worry so much. You understand the "look" and you achieve it quite well. No more tears - it'll make you all runny! :)

i dont think you even wear a lot of makeup at all. your look is simple just black eyeliner that takes like a minute. it just looks really dramatic bc its a lot darker than your hair and skin. if you switched to espresso brown or even a charcoal grey it would be less harsh.

I think you look gorgeous and I don't think you were wearing too much make-up. It looks like you're wearing foundation/powder and eyeliner. That's not a lot. Too much make-up would be caking the foundation/powder, wearing multiple eyeshadows that don't blend well, and a lip liner with a lipstick/gloss that doesn't match well. Because a woman could be wearing 10 different make-up products, but if she applies it in the right way, she could look like she's wearing three.

-I miss seeing sparkling blond eyelashes on my gf
-makeup on= just a whole different person, without= more natural
-to me it feels like they're them, the real them.
how is it fun to put on makeup every single day ? do you put it on when going to the gym? or when you're late to work or school? natural makeup i prefer: chapstick, gloss is ok, thin eyeliner ONLY on top.

Well, you sort of do wear too much makeup, but there's really no "perfect" amount, I guess. I wear too much makeup, and I'll admit that. But it becomes "too much" I suppose when you start looking like you're about to go clubbin' and where you're really going isn't that much of an occasion. But I like wearing loads of makeup, and I know it's a lot, so people don't say it to my face because they know I know it :P And quite frankly, it doesn't make a difference on how much makeup I wear each day.

I've seen people with too much makeup. You go a little heavy on the eyeliner - but it's very "glam." I wouldn't say it's too much for YOU. I'd say it's too much for ME, but you obviously know how to wear makeup!! That's what matters. You do NOT look like a cheap wh*re. You look very glamorous and that look is IN these days so don't worry so much. You understand the "look" and you achieve it quite well. No more tears - it'll make you all runny! :)

Don't listen to those people as you honestly look beautiful and I can bet that they are just so jealous. Your hair and make up in this video really reminds me of Amy Winehouse when she first started out, and I know so many people (including myself) who thought her look was just so lovely. i dont think you even wear a lot of makeup at all. your look is simple just black eyeliner that takes like a minute. it just looks really dramatic bc its a lot darker than your hair and skin. if you switched to espresso brown or even a charcoal grey it would be less harsh.

i agree that sometimes people just wear mascara or black eyeliner and ppl say its too much makeup but other people could wear a ton of neutral eye makeup and contour their nose and cheeks with bronzer and fake eyelashes and people will call them a natural beauty. people dont recognize the difference because black eyeliner and mascara is a dramatic change vs. a ton of makeup similar to your skin color is subtle
