A ricer can be any make and any model of car. Just because its from Japan doesnt make it rice. A ricer is some idiot with their cheap pre color matched body kits, that dont really match with a fart cannon and a big spoiler. Maybe some fancy lights under the car. Its all show. They almost always dont do any engine work. A tuner on the other hand, is someone who makes their Japanese car faster, and better. And in rare cases there is your tuner, who also is a ricer.
