  • these are not metabolic types..they are glandular types, as foujnd by dr. abravanel in the 70s...wish you would post the whole thing...

  • Hi! I know that I'm really late but I'm a new subscriber. I definitely think I'm a thyroid type. I have the protruding stomach that is very difficult to get rid of, I have course hair, but I am an African American female. I would consider my but a little flat but not a pancake, big legs. I've recently been diagnosed with thyroid nodule. I'm looking to drastically change my eating habits and want to treat and cure it naturally but don't know how to.

  • Hi libbymarshae, My name is Angelo and I work for North American Herb & Spice. We carry the products that Dr. Ingram talks about oregano, chaga mushroom, royal jelly, kelp, etc. These products balances the individual metabolic type. Everyone is a different type or a combination of these types. I would like to send you some information on the products we have so you have more information. Send me a message back with your address or give me a call at (847) 785-5485 M-F.

  • And aldosterone. This is all I can think of for now. So basically if we keep these hormone levels in a high optimal range, except for estrogen, then we will be much better at fighting disease?

  • He said if you have good thyroid, adrenal, and pituitary hormone levels to deal with the stressors, we will not get disease. So does this mean hormone replacement therapy would work for this? Because hormone levels decline as we age and it genetic. So as long as we replace the lost hormones with age, then we will have these hormones to help deal with the stressors and not get disease? Basically Testosterone, Estrogen, Progesterone, T3, Cortisol,DHEA, Pregnenolone, Androstendione, HGH, melatonin

  • this smells like bullshit

  • who meowed at the end of the show?

  • very interesting

  • I have been searching for someone who is into natural foods that has had an RAI. radioactive iodine treatment. i do not have a thyroid, and have not met up with a naturalist that shares this ,or can educate me more on what now? besides taking the medication of course. Any thoughts?

  • i think i am a thyroid type.. definitely. I even saw a naturalpath that said so.. didn't give me reasons but this guy listed quite a few that fit me perfectly.. and those i didn't have.. they fit my mom had those. D= question is... how do you support your body in a way your body heals it's thyroid?

  • Is this 'metabolic typing' the same as the fast/slow oxider and parasympathetic/sympathetic metabolic types or something different? I don't think I'm thyroid type, index is longer then ring and i gain weight on my butt and back of thighs. Also, through vega testing my adrenals were shown to be fatigued, I think thyroid was fine.

  • Been thinking about the whole finger length ratio thing...

My left hand index finger is shorter than my left ring finger, however on the right hand they are pretty much the same length - can anyone shed any light on this?

I'm a 19 year old male, can't quite figure out which type I am haha but I'm gettin' there

  • Not sure. He's a great speaker, but it is confusing just hearing about one type. I'm looking forward to hearing more about body types and what to do about it.

  • Nope...i have a rather large bum (thats where my weight goes) and my features are more rounded

  • I do have a really flat bum!?! lol

I want 2 see more of this, my friend only has ten % of her kidney function left & is on hemodialysis 3x a week, not sure how much pancreas function, she is a type 1 diabetic, has hyperthyroidism, she only urinates a very tiny amount/if/when she goes Shes a survior, I hope some holistic health can help her, bcuz its really her last option left but am not sure when a persons health is 2 far gone 4 holistic health 2 b of any use & she has a strict dialysis diet.

  • nope

  • I'm definitely not a thyroid type. I probably have a strong thyroid, because I have almost no body fat and don't gain any, no matter what I do. The only way for me to gain any weight is by building muscle.

    I don't get cold easily.

I think my ring finger is a bit longer than my index finger. What would that mean??

  • I think I am except I have a big but....LOL

  • i use to be 100% thyroid but i went vegan lost tons of weight and now living great V POWER

  • I am a thyroid type...everything that he described is true...it happened after the birth of my last child. I NEVER put weight on around my stomach...it was even until my thyroid slowed down. The weight is coming off and my dr is working on balancing my endocrine system through diet and supplements. I feel so much better then I did a few weeks ago!

  • not sure what type I am. More confused than anything. My body type is average and if I happen to eat the wrong foods I will gain weight quickly. Have thicker hair and olive skin.

  • WOO CANADA

  • so interesting

  • I think I might be. But not as advanced as he is indicating. Anything besides raw foodism I can do to reverse it?

  • I know I'm a thyroid type - I got into raw food for thyroid issues. Are there going to be suggestions for the different types?

  • I must not be.. I have a lot of thin hair (baby fine) and thin skin.. I gain wieght on tummy butt and chest... what am I? cant wait to find out.. :) please tell me I'm the type that gets to eat chocolate and drink coffee j/k xo <3

  • @wanderingtheusa too funny!

  • cool series guys! I'm not a thyroid type -- thin hair, thin skin, no weight on thighs.

  • I couldn't be, my forehead is round, skin thin and hair wispy.
