The guys from Rammstein are from the former GDR. All children there had to learn Russian as first foreign language and could sing songs in Russian, mostly children-songs or prpaganda songs. This one was very famous and you had to learn it in every school in the GDR. So it's not surprising that they can sing a Russian song like that. But it's funny and a kind of appriciation that they do it.

@zvenhirsch here some more info its a cover of a feeling b song lied von der unruhevollen paul and flake are both from feeling b and in the feeling b version till lindermann is the gest drumer this song was for a russian kids commuits camp i think
