Agreed that e-mail voting is less secure than internet voting from home to a secure website, and that the two systems have some similar vulnerabilities
E-mail voting vs voting by mail:
Voter doesnt know what happens to his or her vote after sending it: a loss of control in both cases. Voter has to trust that vote has been received, and counted as cast. Authenticating voter is a problem for both e-mail and snail mail
Kiosk voting would help eliminate opportunity for coercion
