why did you skip the part where he was taping the flooring, that was tight against the wall where the block would not fit? Did he pry it into place?

Why would you use cork? it's soft and will dent and dirt will get in the dents and look a mess.

This is a fabulous series, really gives a good "snapshot" of the work done, along with a practical albet "top level" description of how to do it.
After all, how much can one reveal in a few minutes of video? Answer; a surprising amount. Wish there were more of them from this series online!
