save it as a GIF format, not a PIV. it will be like a pic and u can insert it on to windows movie maker

to save it as a gif, go to file, then save animation. type in the file name, underneath that it says Save as: and then there is a drop down menu, go into that dropdown menu and clik on save as GIF
