I have Sony Vegas 8. There's an effect called "Glow" and I adjust it to how I like! In this case I dropped the effect into the whole layer because I was using it for all of the frames.

It's so smooth because of all the frames. To get a very smooth animation you have to use lots and lots of frames. You basically need a frame for even the very small details.

@dragonspots darling, 250 frames for a minute and ten seconds is not a lot. I have an animation that is around eleven seconds, and with somewhere between 350-400 frames, it's not nearly as smooth as this. That's why I'm freaking out. 250 frames for a full minute? And still so incredibly smooth? Insanity.
