The governments stimulus fund for business was limited to a 1 million pound MINIMUM spend so small businesses couldn't benefit. I traveled around the USA for 15 years as a salesman, only sold product made in the USA, and only to small shops. Some of what Lloyd is so eloquently describing was already happening in the early 1990s and you couldn’t miss it. I would roll into a store and they would say, "We are closing next month". @JoeCool101 Well I think one of the problems is that when the Government talks about taxing the rich they don't mean like the fortune 500 company rich people ya know. Basically the upper class gets no taxes, the middle class gets more taxes, and the lower class is kept in it's place by a balance of taxes and inflation. Obama has said alot of stuff that is great but I have yet to see him put his money where his mouth is
