yo, i do the missions like you, but i think we are doing them wrong. i think we are supposed to find a high location far from people and then snipe the target. if you do it right, the cops don't chase you and i read somewhere that your cop heat actually goes down (similar to enforcer missions and gang heat). the problem is finding the high and far location. i tried to get on those container ships in the ocean, but it is almost impossible.
