you could listen to other versions of this song here on youtube. there's one I know: look for tourdion by bluesid1. they're only two singers, so it can't be compared to any choir version but the pronounciation is correct as far as I know...

i hope you get my intention right: you sing it beautifully :)
but i had a seminar once about old/ancient music in europe and the ending "oi" or "ois" was never pronounced the way you do it.
maybe i'm wrong, i just wanted to tell you, because i think that what you're doing means a lot to you :)
