this movie... SUCKS!!!!! Completely racist and insensitive to Jamaican struggle, making them looking like cruel monsters, easy to kill, and obsessed with drugs. Then they make the white guy look like a star, able to cut through everything and rock the world. Screw this movie.

Jamaicans aren't bad people, they are rich with history but besides cool runnings, how many films are shown with jamaican protagonists in hollywood? I wouldn't mind so much, if the Jamaican characters were shown to have some skill in combat and I have seen it and I know there are good jamaican characters but they purposely do it to look slick.

You can make the same criticism that Adam Sandler is not a professional golfer, Ryan Renyolds is not a Air Force Pilot or Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) a fictional character, Tom Cruise is not a Navy pilot, Robert Downy Jr Is not a detective, Harrison Ford is not a archelogist, etc.

If a movie had Nazis walking into the White House and harming the American president with the Secret Service present would you accept it in the name of entertainment? or one that said America got bombed in WW2? U would denounce it because they took historical events and lied about it. Look-up the FBI files on the "Shower Posse" and you'll understand or research propaganda messages in movies

The United States lost the Vietnam war but didn't stop movies from being made with the conterfactual thinking that the US won it. I read about a movie that will be made of Abraham Lincoln as a vampire hunter. His dad was a vampire hunter, the vampire hunters also own slaves but not all the vampires are bad.

We definitely need more movies like this great one in Hollywood today! The movie "The Transporter" 1 through 3, with Jason Statham, are very good! And is about the only thing that comes even remotely close to those great, Steven Seagal movie classics!!
