I'm surprised that the age limit for tattoos is 18. Obviously the reason being that people under 18 are not mentally competent enough to make an adult decision.
If it were up to me I'd make the age limit 28. Judging from the average idiot under 30 I honestly don't think 9 of 10 of you have developed your little brains.
