The message of this video is that for your life to being you need to look thin. I wish that we could just focus on health- mental, physical and emotional.. Some people look too thin. In my opinion, this video is sending a wrong message. YOU CAN FIND HAPPINESS IN LIFE ANYTIME. If we focus on our feelings, then maybe we wouldn't have so many emotional eaters or weight problems.. We are all beautiful in our own way!
Hi. I'm fat, and not happy because being overweight gives me confidence issues. My SKINNY friends say I'm "not too fat". It's really up to you. I know that losing weight may not make me prettier, but it WILL boost my confidence in my body an help more of ME shine through. :) ♥

I apologize for how rude my last comment was, I was just shocked at how unnaturally thin those girls are. I agree, everyone should feel good about how they look, but this is just a bit too much.
