In my opinion they weren't gay. They wanted to cut One Two into pieces (look at the tools they were preparing), so they removed their clothes to avoid blood stains. You can see that in many gangster movies, where an individual chops a body, he or she usually removes his/her clothes. BTW great movie. I love all movies of Guy Ritchie.

I agree, I think the drinking and dancing was to show how fucked up they were that they thoroughly enjoyed torturing people. At first watch, I had the impression one of them was raping him too lol but then I watched again and it's totally not the story.
