I love sabots!!!!! Sailed one as a kid. I wanna get one for our family here in San Diego :) too much fun!

yeh most of the time but in the afternoon the sea breeze kicks in and then all the fun kickes in, hey you want to see it when its realy windy? look up extreme sabot sailing and there is me doing shy reaches the whole way with sum capsizes

Sure a Cherub has a genoa but that sabot of yours has HEAPS of head clearance (I can barely get under my boom) so I'm a tad pissed...

Anyway, the weather is pretty good down here, like Oisin said, there is always going to be a sea breeze between 3 - 7:30pm. But sometimes, like last Saturday it gets crazy. I was sailing on a S80 (30 foot long) and we were knocked flat on our side when a 60knt gust shot up through Gordon Jetty and hit our windward side.

I got wet.

Let's say I've seen prettier boats. Nice sailing style, though. And nice scenery.
