  • LOL!

Imperial Japan reaped what they sowed.

This is how desperate their ultra-nationalist Jap military junta became when they began getting their ass kicked from Midway to Okinawa because of the Victory Disease, conscripting gullible brainwashed teenagers into suicide missions believing they had the divine spiritualism to stop the US Pacific Fleet.

What a shame, dying for a pointless cause that would only prolong the war.

  • Oh yeah and one more thing,.. "DIE ROUND EYE!!!"

  • We don't say "Japs" anymore Gawd! What a dick.

  • What's up AMERICANS?? You see anti-american anime (movie) and you are running to you'r mom !

  • Actuallu, the cockpit episode 2 is more touching story of a young patriot, it's not anti-american at all.

  • whats the song?

  • @425jeonsa

at least those1in each50was totaly able to sinking a ship yank imperialistic, you little mothersucker.

  • Search for the 6 million myth. You'll be surprised what the real enemy of humanity has been up to.

  • Those Japanese bastards sunk my great uncle's ship in Iwo Jima and he had to swim far to another boat. They also took away many lives from Hawaii, where no one did anything bad. I hope these "Kamikaze" freaks perish.

  • @brodiebh i read a book and ur uncle was 1 of the lucky ones that managed to survive cuz his ship blew up into pieces

  • what name this anime???

  • @Mmmshinoob13 The Cockpit

  • @Mmmshinoob13 the cockpit, a japanese anime of the fighter pilots of the axis

  • @bananaboi18 the flying tiger pilots were americans and chinese pilots not british and also te brits got there asses handed to them by japs numerous times

  • c i dont like Americans but the japs were never fucking heros (they had alot of fucking bulls) but they attack in desperation cuz of the oil embargo all that other shit is lies and ww2 propaganda shit remember the sex slaves they had

  • wtf is up with the poster.

Is he mentally challenged or something?

  • sad

  • I agree that what happened was necessary. That being said, can any of you honestly say you'd enjoy seeing fellow human beings suffer?

  • lol stupid monkeys around here

  • @thejuggernaut951 you too.

  • @thejuggernaut951 yeah mate, you too.

  • OH! NO!!!! THE JAPS SUNK MID WAY!!! WITH THEIR DICK SIZE COCK PLANE!!! LOL!!! JA PAN ITCHI BAN!!

  • @paulalex511

the dick size rocket has 1.2t TNT explosive enough to sink any types of naval warship u dumb

  • @deathstrike44 Yay, For you dick size rockets mein friend.

  • This is definately a 'fantasy'!!! The baka plane(manned rocket)'s pilot 井上 晴 was a woman, she has the guts and skills to fly the baka bomb crashing into a US aircraft carrier......that was totally a holy sh;t fantasy! But many Japanese believes this...they saw themselves were the biggest obbressors of WW2! Woman kamikaze pilot, you have got to feel sick of their imaginations!

  • @pakurangaguy Sinking the midway was probably their wet dream. The emperor had dreams of these baka planes flying and crushing in to US Aircraft carriers. Every night he had these dreams. In the morning, His servants wpuld find stinky wet beds and trousers. LOL!!

    SAMSU BAI IS FROM CHINA!!!

  • stupid japa, they built a jet fighter only for kamikazes -.-

by the way, what's the name of this anime?

  • @agropiastrella It wasn't a jet fighter, it was a rocket powered, guided missile with a maximum range of 55 miles.

  • @bearsbugs yea i know but i didnt know how to say that in english XD

  • @agropiastrella Japan developed a jet figher named Kikka almost of its own at the end of WW2. Google Kikka.

The title of this footage is the Cockpit by Reji Matsumoto.

  • @hashimotomd tj

  • @425jeonsa Actually majority of hawaiian civillians were killed by united states navy aa guns missing and killing and destroying hawaiian homes. Just thought id correct you on that and USA was gonna attack Japan anyways so Japan decided to retaliate first moron.

  • @SFRJugoslovenski

WTF? "retaliate first"? Not possible, a retaliation is an action done after, and only after. The Japanese military THOUGHT the USA was gonna attack Japan anyways (although at the time the US military was in no condition to do so) so they did a preemptive strike, that is NOT a retaliation. And true to Adm. Isoroku Yamamoto's prediction all they succeeded in doing was to awaken a sleeping giant.

  • Fuck all of you, that guitar solo at 2:00 was excellent.

  • I agree with bananaboi18 on this you really should do your research before you start to point fingers.

Pearl Harbor was a fatal japanese mistake because that the US navy didn't have the carriers docked, because of that they could do a counteroffensive in Midway that they lost 3/4 of their bombers in a matter of hours, if it wasn't for Nagumo's decision who knows if Midway would have turned out the way it did.

  • out of all the flak bullets flying at that fucking rocket... YOUED THINK ONE WOULD HIT`EM

  • @villagepizza2 You would think that, and in most cases you would be correct, but they did have a very small front-on surface area, and they traveled at a top speed of over 500 MPH, so they were a very difficult target. However out of something around 800 were built, I don't know how many were launched, but only seven managed to get through to a ship.

  • @425jeonsa So you hate the entire Japanece people for their army? I mean, are you an idiot or something like that?

You compare army men who are there to die in case of war, to civilians who aren't supposed to die?

I bet you would have no eggs to crash yourself into the enemy. I can't see how a suicide gives you a reason to kill civilians from their country.

Please, if you are a kid, quit youtube. You are truly disgusting.

  • I failed a paper for abbreviating Japanese as "Jap". I was supposed to sound like a person from the 40's.

  • Can anyone tell me what cartoon or movie this is from.

  • Can someone tell me what is the song is?

  • Comment removed

  • that was a great music video

  • Ahhhhhh the good ole days. jap raping and pillaging China, beheading POWs and other fun times. Then the nasty Americans had to ruin it all with Victory after victory. Then we cheated by bombing the shit out of their cities and then suckered punched them with two A Bombs. The good times never seem to last, do they?

  • ↓ I have a concern about the bonds of US gvt and US dollers. Debt will defet US.

  • songs beautiful whats it called . no one can defeat the US EMPIRE!!

  • @425jeonsa your stat is unrealistic and cannot be proven otherwise, it is your american propaganda that has allowed you to come to that stat, many japanese died via banzi attacks and just stright suicide, you probably calculated that into your statistic for the 5-15 too didnt you,

  • CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME WHERE IS THIS VIDEO FROM? im sure it's a movie, i dont know the name

  • @425jeonsa Oh and there were british soilders based in China, after reading that i know you dont know shit,, the flying tigers i believe are known for their success defending china in the AIR, The Americans had their ass handed to them man for man on every island that they took from the japanese, it is a matter of numbers, if the numbers were even, the japanese would have won. Now stop bothering me with your stupid misinformed points

  • this was favorited because of the song and the montage, it seems like a nice tribute to the japanese kamakazi, the men who were willing to die for their country they men willing to know their death ment the possiblity for vicottory, but after reading the discription i see the poster has no respect for these men, so fuck you ass hole, history is written by the victor learn the other side you dick, you dont know shit about anything

  • @425jeonsa Your research is garbage aswell. Japanese just thought they couldnt be defeated due to their victories througout the pacific. Go find some work that will stand up in an educated setting than come talk to me about the Japanese. Their culture is not silly, actually it is one of the more unique and nobel ways of living, very unselfish, they needed resources due to countries cutting off trade agreements due to the anti-japanese movement at the time, look things up!

  • @bananaboi18

You seem to be conveniently ignoring what it was that was causing that "anti-japanese movement at the time" Little things like invading China, as well as how many others? The truth remains that had they not attacked Pearl Harbor it would have been much harder for Roosevelt to get the US into the war, up until then most of the US population favored an isolationist policy. It's never a good idea to poke a sleeping giant.

  • @425jeonsa You have no respect for culture and devotion of these men. The Americans in China were a small encampent along with some Canadians, everyone knows that. The Japanese over ran them like nothing. What lead to the rushing of Marine machine guns is the honor and culture they were brought up in, these are called Banzi attacks. You dont know shit, you have no respect for any culture exept your own, THier tactics were handing the americans their asses untill they started out producing them

  • @bananaboi18

Call it what you will, I still say rushing a machine-gun with anything less than a tank is a baka attack.

  • @425jeonsa THANK THE NUKES? are you stupid, attacking thousands of innocent civilians. The act is worse than what the Japanese did in China, due to the long everlasting effect of a nuclear fallout. The americans were afraid of the kamikaze and all the Japanese army since they were willing to die, they faught till the last breath, they did not fear death. This was the japanese culture, you cannot deny this, if you have read any accounts seen any historical film you would know this.

  • You should respect them it would take guts to really fly yourself into a ship. And it's just a cartoon!

  • Comment removed

  • @425jeonsa It was more honorable to die in battle than retreat, that was their culture, their way of life. Now respect their unique culture as other cultures respect yours now! The Japanese fought for resources not to exterminate a people, like hitler and the germans. If you cant understand that and put away your racial slurrs than you are in the wrong era, The Japanese dont care about Sunday attacks because they do not share the same religion. Get out of your hole! learn another culture!

  • @425jeonsa your disrespect for these brave men is outstanding! You do realise that the Americans only fought a fraction of what was the Japanese Military, most of it being in China. The Japanese fought with courage and pride. Their disipline is what drove the Americans to resorting to atomic bombs, not nukes. . . Also Attacking sleeping marines is apart of a sneek attack! It is apart of war, they did final Banzai Attacks and kamakazi runs because of their history with the samurai way of life

  • fuck the japs

  • That sound track tells us everything about the person preparing this video.

  • @425jeonsa So I suppose the Japanese should have attacked the US soldiers while they were wide awake at Pearl Harbor? Go tell your beloved USA not to carpet bomb the Middle East.

  • 1 thing i dont get, the japenese zeros could almost never take out a hellcat. wonder how they managed that acheivement

  • @98bennyj Simple, the Zero had no armor at all in order to save weight and improve performance, the Hellcat was heavily armored, they also didn't have the self sealing fuel tanks the Hellcat did. So it took a lot of hits to down a Hellcat, but very few to down a Zero. Also by the time the Hellcat came on-line very few of the really experienced Japanese veteran pilots were still alive, so the Zeroes that went against Hellcats were being flown by pilots with less skills than the Hellcat pilots.

  • @425jeonsa like I said, it was their culture that drove them to such...desperate measures like the kamikaze and never giving up, despite horribly overwhelming odds with no hope for survival, but like I said, please watch the J word, it's racial slur, and if you said that in front of a japanese man, I'm sure they'd get pissed off. But I don't disagree with your argument at all, those are some valid points, but no point in dwelling on the past any longer, Japan's one of our biggest allies now

  • This plane locks is a rocketplane like that german ME 163

Not a jetplane like ME 262

  • @EEMMOONNGG

Close, both were rocket powered, and human controlled, but the Ohka was one-way guided missile, whereas the ME163 was re-usable interceptor with guns for armament. The Ohka had more in common with the V-1 and even more with the Fritz X than it did the ME 163.

  • japanese always make ww2 beautifully

    they proud of ww2 haha

  • @425jeonsa yo fucking racist bastere, the japenese followed the code of budshido, fight till the end and die with honor. pakistanisholeland the japenese didnt havee enough fuel or time to use jets at this time you guys have to stop biening bastereds and view it from their point of view.

  • @425jeonsa like I said, we did resort to a little extreme a retaliation in my opinion, but it was in Japan's culture to fight to the bitter end and never give up, this did beat the sense into them, but the price was too high for me, we inentionally targeted civilians =/

  • @425jeonsa yeah, I don't think a bombing raid taking out a few ships and planes, and less than 2500 deaths make up for killing off about half of their population in 2 bombs, as well as them suffering horribly from radiation poisoning. And watch it when you call someone a jap, it's no different from calling a black person the N word, that word's almost dehumanizing =/

  • @rexthegecko253

Half their population with 2 bombs? Less people were killed in either of those raids than were killed in the conventional weapons raid on Tokyo. The big difference was the size of the attacking raid in number of aircraft and bombs involved, the Tokyo raid took hundreds of planes and thousands of bombs, rather than one bomb, one city. In the end those 2 bombs may well have saved many Japanese lives as without them Operation Downfall, would have been implemented.

  • @bearsbugs Japan did not surrender even though Tokyo was bombed indicriminately and a hundred thousand citizens were killed that might be much than the immediate loss of the nuke attack. So Japan would not have surrendered after the nuke attack of two local city. The Russian entry of the war was decisive than the nuke atttack.

  • @hashimotomd

I think it was more of a, "D) All of the above", situations myself. At least it was finally ended, far too many had died by then on both sides.

  • the ohka is the most crazy plane in the world

  • @MrKamikaze1990 The Ohka wasn't a plane, it was a guided missile. Had any other reliable form of guidance been available at the time they would have never even had a cockpit. It was purely a desperation measure.

  • i think the title needs more spelling corrections but nice video.

  • This cartoon is incredibly naive. Those Ohka kamikaze planes helped sink only 2 aircraft carriers, and they were both Japanese! These were the carriers Shinano and Unryu.

Japan lost virtually every Betty bomber they sent out with these things and almost all Zero escort fighters. They were a flop. That's why American navy men called them 'Baka' planes, Japanese for 'fool'.

  • @425jeonsa yeah and murrikans are full of pride attacking only smaller countries and occasionaly lose war. Fuck you dumb american retard.

  • jsplicer9 this a anime called the cockpit.

  • 'i have been given the great honor to die' is what one kamikaze wrote to his wife.

  • What movie is this?

  • Amerigan did't sink any Aircraft carrier in 6/8/1945

  • i have this on vcr

  • STOP BEING A RACIST. YOU AS#%^*&@. They did this because the Americans were getting to close to their home land the they wouldent surrender and they followed the code of budshido for the samurai . It says they would Die with Honor to protect their home land. Stop being such idiots and reaserch you guys. Epsecially you Jihokwak, mrfuddlesby, and TheMccabe66.

  • @Sharkbite1000 I agree. I want everyone to watch this video in terms of pure patriot, not enemy or comrade. Even if Japan were the allies of the US then, Kamikaze attack would take place against the enemy if Japan had been losing the war. They were volunteers and pure patriots. They hoped to defend the invasion and save their family, homeland and nation by means of killing themselves. It reminds me the last scene of the film "Independence Day". I want someone to be human, not beast.

  • HOW DARE YOU PEOPLE BE SUCH A RACIST. They did this because they were desperet and they followed the code of budshido. The way of the samurai it said the would never surrender and they would die with our dammit. why cant people under stand. Im taliing to you Jihokwak, mrfuddlesby and TheMccabe66, YOU GUYS ARE SUCH RACISSTS.

  • This one was messed up ignore it.

  • problems with accuracy

  • Dose anyone get what ↓ means?

  • Japanese medias make American idiots.

Remember that Japan was also one of the most mean country in WW2.

But they are trying to hide the facts

  • You guys know that Japanese always suicide when they are bored.

    Such as a Samurai

  • oh my god japanese please do not decorate war beautifully

  • It brings so much joy to my heart seeing those japs getting blasted from the sky - Harlan Fuddlesby

  • Haha you lost your girl and you killed yourself for nothin hahaha

  • What is the Name from that Song??

    @Poster under me ....

    Blablabla ....

    •Why only hitler is bad?

•Why is Stalin a good guy? He killed jews, mongols and politicans too!!!

•US Army killed how many Indians??( i know Not Same timeperiod)

•US/Brit airforce killed how many people and wounded soldier by bombing Japan/German citys?

  • @EEMMOONNGG

How is Stalin a good guy? Churchill hated him, Roosevelt never trusted him. War causes bad choices to have to be made, being against Hitler put us on the same side as Stalin in WWII, but the Cold War would never have happened if we were naive enough to think Stalin to be good.

  • without us you would all be under hitlers power and don't say I feel so bad for the japs if you knew what they did to our POW and marines then you wouldn't feel bad at all...

  • @ralfacoppder So lowering yourself to someone else's level is the answer?

  • commentors. . . why so racist?

  • why so racist?

  • i think thats pure win, that a single man manages to destroy a single battle ship and 1000 soldiers with a single strike

  • @enkopingsbo actullaly its a fail.

  • Whats that for a Anime?

    I like this song?

  • So, Thats why japs didn't have jet planes. Dumb fucks would just do stupid Kamikaze attacks and Die/ LOL/

  • @pakistanisholeland Sadly they missed your grandpa.

  • @pakistanisholeland Japan flew a jet plane August in 1945 that is proir your counry.

  • @hashimotomd no it was a human guided missile. not a jet plane.

  • @karlakira1 Google KIKKA, by NAKAJIMA. It was a jet plane mainly developed by Jananese Navy and flied on August 7th in 1945. One of them is said to be on the display in US.

  • @hashimotomd

Wrong, The first American jet engine, produced by G.E., took flight in a plane constructed by Bell Aircraft late in 1942. It's performance wasn't much better and fuel consumption much worse than piston powered planes of the time so it wasn't ever mass produced.

  • @bearsbugs I did not know that. You mean US had developed a jet engine, but it was not practical.

  • @hashimotomd

yep, well, they did get the design from Great Britain, the GE engine was pretty much a copy of Frank Whittle's design.

  • @bearsbugs You know much about history and seem fair. Are you a researcher? The Japanese subtitle at 3:50 means that no records have been present of the sink by Oka. So the footage is a fiction based on the fact.

  • @hashimotomd The Midway didn't sink, if that was what you meant. If by researcher you mean someone paid to study history, no, if you mean someone with too much time on their hands with a strong interest in the subject, and a voracious appetite for non-fiction books, then yes. As near as I can guess the video is probably the dream of a pilot, trained for the Ohka, but who survived the war, due to it ending first, just from this piece here. But fiction yes.

  • @bearsbugs The Midway being the target he had trained for.

  • @pakistanisholeland they DID kamikaze with their a6m zeros and their experimental jat callec the J9y KIKKA... the kikka was a jap version of the german me 262

  • @pakistanisholeland japan had jets before your beloved USA had a biplane

funny how you pathetic amerikan losers and douchebags come ovr to swear in a 6 yrs old cartoon while watching and enjoying amerikan/british/russian propaganda cartoons. ironic. let the world live. amerika is not a superhuman it will end like evrey other nation would

  • @pakistanisholeland THey made the americans shit their pants so bad they resorted to dropping atomic bombs on Japan instead of an invasion. These men were the bravest soilders of all! Now leave your stupidity in your head and stop sharing it with the rest of us

  • @pakistanisholeland Also those jets were designed specifically for Kamikaze attacks, they had subs with a similar design, learn your history you fool

  • @pakistanisholeland OH! MY GOD!! NOT YOU AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY ARE YOU EVERY WHERE!!!!!! MAN!!! SOME TIME'S I WONDER WHY THE FUCK DIDN'T I KILL YOU THE LAST TIME WE MET IN BOGURA!!!!! I SHOULD HAVE JUST KILLED YOU!!!!

  • @bakaranger1991 WOW!!! You here?! WOW!!! 15 thumbs!! No body gave you any thumbs. Fuck off Arcueid!!!

  • @pakistanisholeland You ass!!!

  • @bakaranger1991 ╭∩╮(︶︿︶)╭∩╮

  • @pakistanisholeland WOW!!! How did you do that?!!!! It's kind'a cool.

  • @bakaranger1991 I did it, With the power of my Pakistani ass.

  • Man just looking at the weapon we would use if a war were to ever happen, From stepping on a land mine thats hiding under a piece of trash, to a plan shooting 5 to like 1000 pound bombs on you, to a sniper shooting you from 5 miles away, to deadly poisoning gases that make your lung feel like the filled with bleach, to people who look like you, wearing a bomb and coming close to you. God theres so much more to this list, its just crazy to think people would kill themselves just to kill others.

  • crazy jap nazis..

  • NANI!!!

  • FAIL Weapon...

    FAIL Spirit For a War...

    USA Rulz..

  • these video is heka mess up....

  • lol the uploader if this video hates the japanese people but this video is dam good

  • dont trust american white racists!

  • @mcblackjesus Just white racists?? And pray tell what are you Black Jesus?? Our Savior??LOLLOLOLOLOL.Dumb Negro......See, I could've said Nigger but I didn't....

  • THERE IS SELF PITY FOR THESE BASTARDS?!

  • My grampa was on a US navy cruiser in this theater, the USS Oakland!

  • OMG an Okah, biggest fail weapon of the pacific theater. one went right through a us ship because it was going too fast! some missed, most were shot down before they could do any damage. Many of those shot down were destroyed before launching from the bomber. Go US navy planes! you pwned!

  • @DukeofUSA True and not TRUE. Were did u got your info wiki. It is said 68% of these oka were succes. The rest were shoot down by the navy before they got hit. DO the math.

  • @DOSU344 Ok, so they were more sucessful than I though. Kamikaze tactics were idiotic because they did not have enough pilots to defend Japan anyway!

  • OMG an Okah, biggest fail weapon of the pacific theater. one went right through a us ship because it was going too fast! some missed, most were shot down before they could do any damage. Many of those shot down were destroyed before launching from the bomber.

  • It is such a sad story.

We never forget what they done for us.Which means both of Japan and America.

This story is set in August 6 1945 the day of Hiroshima.

If you do not understand the meaning of this cartoon you would never know problems of the Middle East as well.

  • The subtitle in Japanese says NO US AIRCRAFT CARRIER WAS SUNKEN by the sakura suicide rocket plane or known as the Baka Bomb! So this cartoon was a friction!

  • @pakurangaguy

Subtitle is correct, the last large US fleet carrier to ever be sunk by enemy action of any kind was the USS Hornet CV-8, in the Battle of the Santa Cruz Islands in 1942, or about 3 years prior to when this was suppose to have taken place, so this is a fictional event shown. Yes, I know a few light or escort carriers were lost since then, The USS Bunker Hill CV-17 and others were damaged severely by one of these, but survived. I think you meant fiction, not friction, that's a rub.

  • Wow I didn't know that they both looked the same

  • if you guys whatched this whole cartoon instead of just this cutscene you would see that they feel bad for the kamikaze theyre not glorifing them or wanting to bring back the good ole days

  • @AsianCuisine72 True but makes one wonder...all of this for what?

    Measly politics?

    The "emperor" ?

For what? His wife/girlfriend, friends, his LIFE ...all for nothing. Such a waste...

  • So im guessing this guy didnt get a sequel?

  • @STARSBarry lol, there was, he was given an honorable lecture in hell for killing americans

  • Poor japanese even if they Attack our country..

  • Comment removed

  • @zhanbai Hey, you ass hole. Stop saying Jap it's Japanese or Nihongo say it right next time you dipshit.

  • Hey you ignorant asses seeing this as a glorification of the war- IT's NOT. The Japanese are incredibly resentful toward their militaristic past, and all Japanese movies about it carry a tragic undertone. How can you say this is war propaganda without even having seen the whole movie or hearing what the characters are saying? buncha idiots...

  • But the Japanese have white features in this cartoon. That should tell you something about who they worship.

  • They sacrificed themselves because they were told to plain and simple, the US did not choose to use the A-bomb's because they were bio9logically asian you moron, they used them because it was that or a far more costly land invasion of the Japanese home islands. the simple question becomes if the cost of less lives will end the war quicker it's as simple as that.

  • @ everybody calling this rascist. Keep in mind that it was made by the "Japs" for themselves, and I never got the impression they missed those "good ol' days" either. To me it looks much more like its about how sad it is that these soldiers felt like the only thing they could do to win the war and defend their country was to sacrifice themselves, brutally. This has nothing to do with concentration camps and killing jews. Not even close in my book. And we nuked them for it.

  • why did they make a cartoon about that? it was a stupid idea, and it always will be. i bet looking back they feel a bit stupid for what they did...................

  • US dropped atomibc bomb because jpn were biologically asians, so americans didn't feel guilty at all. Don't trush WHITE AMERICAN RACISTS! Next is YOU!

  • @mcblackjesus What?

  • Midway was an aircraft carrier, was it? The Kamekaze attack, was on MIDWAY? American aircraft carrier platforms were not wooden. Unlike Japanese.

  • @bakaranger1991 The Midway, CV41 was the first US carrier built with an armored steel flight deck, (also the first US ship named for a battle). But most earlier US carriers like the Yorktown, the Wasp, or the Hornet and the other 40 CV classed carriers before the Midway had wooden flight decks. As far as I know only the British Navy had armored steel flight decks on their carriers from the start. But I could be wrong, High School was many years ago.

  • @pvtryan328 This song's name is "kanasiitoki ha itsumo"(悲しいときはいつも)

  • To be honest i thought it was quite beautiful, i mean yes the application of the act is looked down upon, but can you imagine, really try to put yourself in that spot, from there point of view. keep in mind that was along time ago, try to look at it for what it is, a great piece of animation with some stanning hand drawn sences, a breif moment in human history.

  • Geez, get over it. It's not like you ever even knew those people who fought in some war almost over 100 years ago. As time passes, taboos get broken and weight of history loosens. Stuff like this pops up. Deal with it.
