Wow, great to hear that in another language. Really adds something. Great voice! Keep singing. (I also like the photo of "1,000 meters above nothing")
Thank you so much! I can't tell you what this means to me. Though I was born and grew up in the States, my mother is Norwegian (from Fana), and most of my family lives in Norway. Hearing one of my favorite songs sung in my family's language fills me with joy and longing.
just had to close my eyes and let your voice take me on a journey... your voice and your take on this song really calmed my troubled soul. be well and keep enthralling us with your voice.

@Steedrider Congratulations on winning the trip, no surprise here with an angelic voice like that. I hope you enjoy the splendors of the Nordic countryside.
Hope you get to take in the scenery of the fjords and maybe some of the history and heritage of the old Viking legacy.
I've been listening to a lot of Loreena McKennitt lately, The Mummer's Dance,The Mystic's Dream and Night Ride Across the Caucasus are still my favorites.
@brothergrymm well, it's non official. I translated it from the English version and asked my teacher to correct it. I'll put it in the description. ;)
wow did you translate this yourself? I understand every word, though I am swedish. Norweigan and swedish are very similar. You sing this so beautiful!
Wow truly beautiful, thank you from your brethren in america. Its good to hear of home in the language of my ancestors.

You don't happen to have this in MP3 do you? I'd totally put this on my iPod with my other Norwegian/Scandinavian songs if it was possible.
I love your English version of this song but this version is even better. Wonderfully done.

I am Italian but this song, first heard in "King Arthur" and then by you in English and now in Norvegian, gives me the shivers.
.
It does not happen (to me) with all of your songs, so something is particular with this one; whatever it is, thank you.
