Fortunato was not a "witness" to the attack at all. He was first responder who drove to the scene after hearing about the attack over his radio.

There were NEVER 84 Cams at the Pentagon. That number comes from the MacGuire Declaration from the FBI before the 911 Commission, and they were from all over the country, Maine to Floriday. MOST were given back the same day. Here is the actual FBI document, and the HISTORY of each CAM TAPE Siezed.
