I was there wouldn't have missed it for the world Michael raised me and im only 24 so I can imagine how my parents and their peers must feel like I wouldn't be who I am without him I still cry and I feel like a part of me is missing I LOVE YOU MICHAEL thnx for posting this
once again i hear me!! loudest one.. you must have been right behind me lol! but i had to do it! i love him so much im still crying this hurts.. ppl may say oh i didnt really know him, but through his music we had a connection! i love him always will! may his kind soul rest in peace!!!
I also want to thank you for posting this video. I am the photographer up on the stage on the left, wearing black. I was busy being focused taking photos and not able to enjoy the moment as I would have liked. Seeing this video was nice.
When this song started playing, I was to the side of the Motown studio, I believe a little closer to the neighbors house with the big speaker system on their front porch. I had also been standing, maybe 3 or 4 people behind the barricade (still on your side) when everyone came out to speak on MJ's behalf. Blond, with my hair pulled back in a braid and sunglasses on the top of my head.
I was there too and I have got to say....I will never, EVER forget that Sunday night. It will, without a doubt always hold a very special place in my heart ♥
I had wrote some of the lyrics to this song on the back of my son's shirt, so of course this being the song that ended up being played for the lighting of the candles made it even more special.
Long live MJ & God bless EVERYONE who I shared this wonderful event with.

I was standing about 10-15 ft away from you and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you don't have any pictures of me crying like a 2 year old.
I really couldn't help it though : )

I have a few photos of people crying. Where were you? In front of the stage? To the side?

Wow we really love Mike. Boy I'm gonna miss him! This is lovely but sad. YANA makes me sad.
God gave him to the world for 40 years and for that I am grateful.
