No it wasn't, this was a raw recording. I unboxed it, set it on my bed and hooked it up to my laptop. My room is actually really bad for echo, so I record in a different room now. The rooms smaller and I've padded over most stuff with blankets. I also made a pop screen for the microphone too. I haven't got a recording in the new room to upload right now, but I'll see about getting one. I didn't use a power phantom, the Snowball gets power from the bus voltage of the USB cable.
@RogueAngel0 How did you make your pop screen? From what material, etc.? And how does it perform? Actually, anyone's suggestions would be appreciated.
blue mics r a bargain cause they have the audio quality of the pricetag and cool looks 4 free! but this mic i saw has a fast high end roll-off starting at TEN Khz, giving it that "open reel tape recorded to open reel tape" sound right out of the box...

But the script it from a Greek Tragedy called Medea. This is pretty much Jason's final monologue when he finds his wife (was soon to be ex-wife), Medea has killed their children, his new wife, and if I remember right the king. Though it's been so long I'm not sure lol XD.

The Snowball costs between £35-£54 ($65-$99) on Amazon, cheaper to get a second hand one. It's a really good microphone, my latest clip a random moment is a good example of the range it can pick up.

I couldn't find anything but I've emailed Blue. They asked about the serial number on the back of my mic, as it started to come pre-installed after a certain model. I'm waiting to hear back from them.
