OK, I'm getting my feet up but It start to turn or spin as I do. I haven't got myself to stabilize yet. Normal at first? Any strength exercises that could help?
hey hon - ummm hard to know without seeing but persistence will pay off! As I said before, pushups and any upper body work you can do will benefit you in this move. Simple pull ups beside the pole (pull your body weight up and do 10 reps on either side) will help too. Dont get discouraged.
Looking back on it now - i cant believe it too 4 minutes to explain this!

I think its 50 mm or so? mines an x-pole - the skinnier poles (48 mm or so?) are fun but sometimes hard to stick to. Brass is always stickier though.
