I checked Starved Rock website (Illinois' State Park) and they don't have it anywhere. So, I sent them an email asking about Park Pass for disabled. We'll see! Thanks for the great tip!
That is awesome you get free pass. I went hiking for first time with my minister, we paid 3$ to park the car to hike the canyon. Good for you and your family/friends.
