  • i say look out 3/w theese dl.s will do the same job,if not better for half the price,,and also some of thosse money grubbing engine makers should pay attention, not everyone has 1200 .00 to waste just to have a so called brand name..

  • How much does that plane weigh and what smoke setup do you have ???

  • It is 27 1/2lbs. Smoke system is a Sullivan Skywriter. Mixed in the radio to advance with the throttle. At wide open I am pumping 4 oz. a minute to each muffler.

  • Sorry, I ment 28 1/2 lbs.

  • That is how you fly an airplane.

That DA sounds good. Well done!

  • Thanks.

    It is a DL-100, not a DA.

  • if it were a warbird or a racer,,ps that aint no da and it cost half as much

  • Your flying is great but pleasle back off the throttle before you blow the airframe into bits.

  • I agree, but the airframe should handle it.

  • which yak is it? maker? thanks!

  • Lanier 33% Yak 54 ( 94" wingspan ).

No longer made. Tower Hobbies blew them out for $300.00

  • Oh wow thats a crazy price, thanks

  • Make sure you have some servo's with good torqe and seal your hinge gaps, or your plane will not last long running those decending WOT passes...

  • Hitec HS-5955TG in every hole. All gaps are sealed.

  • Hey I have that plane!!

I am going to use a 80-85cc sing shaker in it!
