I've been doing some research for a video about these protests. I wish that ALL of the people that think that these protests are a GOOD idea could see your vid & hear your msg. The hate that is out here in YT-land for not just the cops, but fellow citizens alike, is palpable. Some of it is just "internet bravado" but, not all. I'm on the side that doesn't lead to total economic collapse &/or the death of anyone OR the country. Many aren't.<---All in the "end the fed" camp need 2 recognize this.

The French are shocked when I tell them neither of my American parents had birth certificates. I had one from Cleveland but the city went bankrupt, records were lost, and my one copy was taken from me when I got married in France. They put a staple through it and filed it! It's really easy to get your birth certificate here in France any time you want it and the fee is reasonable. All births must be declared. In fact, all pregnancies, which is possibly a good thing? I dunno.

There are more ways to protest than sit on your ass or throw rocks or ultimately shoot people. Whether you believe it or not this is economic warfare waged against you, not a physical war. It's physical because you are at the protests but they can't arrest you for not buying their products or for closing your bank account. Each move is not without consequences. We have very smart economists on our side, they can help us come up with some kick ass economic strategies.

if Max Keiser, Ron Paul, Gerald Celente, Peter Schiff, Reggie Middleton etc. all got together and worked out an economic strategy towin back our countries, that would rock. Each of them has their own idea on what needs to be done, but if they all brainstormed together, it would be devastating.

Like we can all buy a certain share of a company, move all our money from one business to another, creating massive vacuums in elite owned business.

That will be one war were we'll crush the elite.

Heck, we can open up our own banks. Who's to say we can't do that? If we made our own local bank in our towns/cities we can move all our money there instead. There are many of cases like this in latin america. Better yet, print our own money interest free. Then we can open our own corporations and execute corporate take overs by buying their shares, then we get to own them. The elites do this all the time to honest businesses.

There are more ways effective than what we're doing.

Chris, my buddy who I use to be on active duty with was at "occupy oakland" when the rubber bullets and tear gas were used. He said the cops were being threatened and were getting bottles/rocks thrown at them. I think the cops are being blamed for this, when in fact, most of them are doing their jobs and trying to maintain order with a group of people that are trying to start trouble.

Uprated.  Lucid. My best protesting methods over the decades have been to vote with my feet, my wallet, and to shun. This works for abusive family, too. Systems and corporations you don't like, either physically leave or at least don't participate, don't give them any money. I usually write them a letter and explain my actions. Results have sometimes been dramatic and very gratifying. I then tell others what I have done and hope to be an avatar.

I explained that IT was a new account and did not know this goes on because it's not fair! Same thing I told the teller in the bank with a lot of people around. After talking to the Higher ups. They credited my account and gave me the benefit of the doubt. Let's see what happens next.
