Man, fond memories of this game. Really wish they didn't take it down. I can see why they did with it being a single content type game. Those never last long anyway. But, it had alot of potential to be so much more. It's a shame that NCSoft didn't give it the attention it deserved.

i found out the other day that Garrett is Sueing NCsoft he DIDNOT quit they FIRED him so hopefully this is not the last we will hear about one of the best scifi MMO's out there and as far as WoW goes i have never and will never play it!!!!!!! Toonman (Orion) out

Why did this game close down? Looks great.

No content made this game die, period. At lv 50 there was nothing else to do except pvp where all pvpers left the game after 3-4 months after release.

Simple. Almost all MMO players want to play a fantasy based MMO, not a sci-fi based one.

TR was about as good as it gets for sci-fi based MMO. But when Obama crashed the economy, it simply wasn't cost effective to keep the game open for the small number of fans who wanted this game to remain active.

Meanwhile, everyone (and I do mean EVERYONE) re-upped to play WoW again. And just like with the first expansion, it was good for a couple months and now sucks again.

Nice, this comunity seems to be one of the good ones, I'm looking foreword to many good years playing, maybe not every month of the year but most, I like CoH/CoV too, and EvE is ok but not shure what to do in it, but what ever, this video was awesome. Thanks.
