I hear this from my friend that "usually left handed player is better than the right handed player" is that correct ???

@loohy555 Lots of talk and stats. In short, left-handed players in one on one sports have an advantage because the majority of the players are right handed. So, when it comes to a left-handed player vs a right-handed player, the advantage goes to the latter who is used to playing right-handed players while the first isn't.

@toastfire2007 True and I want to add that left handed players use the other side of the brain, which reacts faster and thats why most left handed players can react faster and they have better hand eye coordination.

have been playing for a while..but found Serve grip really confusing...

the thing is how should the racket position be just at the time of hitting the ball for the serve?

my coach says it should be little tilted while hitting the ball...which is completely fail to understand...

i bring the racket in a straight poistion just before i m to hit the ball ...

any suggestions?

The continental grip can be used to hit all shots.

@y11971alex I don't think the continental can be used for all shots! a continental for a forehand would be really bad since it's open and you wouldn't be able to have any power on it or the ball would go out.
