The very first thing he says, about giving a price on the phone, I personally believe he's right. I personally believe it's just silly not to give someone the price over the phone. However, on two occasions, I have worked at dealerships where doing that, giving out a price over the phone (unless it was a lowball) was an automatic firing offense.

A positive attitude, a big smile and understanding the psycology of a human being does work in the UK. You are missing what Grant is saying because you may have poor listening skills. Any way wherevr you are that is where you will be and what ever it is that you believe in becomes your conviction. Simple truth is whoever believes in it the longest and the most prevails
