If you actually saw my video carefully you would understand that I paid for 2 flight insurances, for both journeys: i paid the French to London insurance and the London to Copenhagen. If you pay for an insurance in a European country, the EU laws establish that all EU citizens have the same rights, so the CLAUSE " you must be a UK citizen" is ILLEGAL, thus the contract of insurance is void, they should refund me

I was stranded abroad after Easyjet cancelled flight. They couldnt re fly me for at least a week so told me to buy another flight with another carrier and they would refund it........ THEY STILL HAVENT and they dont reply to letters. It is absolutely terrible

Dude, that's what T&C's are there for.. they state their side of the agreement and you then click "OK" to accept this. It's quite simple.

only reason i don't like easyjet is because of their pilots!!! When I was travelling from Gatwick to Budapest, there was a concern at Gatwick terminal that the plane hasn't showed up for an hour! What the idiot pilot did??? Parked at the wrong gate on the other side of the terminal!!! On the way back, during landing the stupid pilot made a sudden manouver that nearly cracked my eardrums! easyJet are rubbish. I won't fly with them again. They deliberately sell more tickets than there are seats, hoping that not everyone will arrive for the flight. If they do, somebody doesn't get on! And why do they not allocate seats when you check-in? All that happens is that everyone walks up and down the aircraft to talk to their friends for the whole flight. Really, really bad service.

There is no 'Is This Legal' about it, course its all legal otherwise they would not be allowed to operate DERRR.
