Let me begin by saying you're an outstanding individual. I myself have muscular dystrophy and I wanted to address something you mentioned. For several years I was married to a completely able bodied woman and let me tell you, if I can find someone, you definitely can. There are people out there that will look beyond the disability, even though I personally don't believe in disabilities. Each and every person is born with some kind of deficit, some of us just have greater ones than others.

i was born in 85 they started to do procedures for spina bifida then. if i had been born a year earlier they would not be able to help me. but thank god im not in a wheelchair i was suppose to be but i am a believer. as for this fellow i wish him the best.

I have a very mild case of spinabifida, but I didn't have the sack removed because it wasn't needed, although sometimes my lower back gets really swollen and get's really sore and needs massage therapy and acipuncture. it sucks, but I'm so happy I don't have the full case of it. I consider myself lucky.
