Saw this guy at the Download festival at the weekend! First time I'd ever heard of him and me and my mate were very pleasently surprised. He did a fantastic cover of Holy Diver my Ronnie James Dio. Brilliant tribute for the great man.

Just saw Dan Reed earlier tonight in Dublin Ireland .It was a solo gig and real intimate,just perfect .got to talk with him afterwards and he was a true gentleman .

I graduated HS with Dan and loved the DRN. When I heard "closer" I booked him for a private concert with my friends in Phoenix this April. Great to hear Dan again and his powerful lyrics.

I was bitterly disappointed when The DRN fell off the radar. I wanted them to be huge! Those songs, Ritual and that album were just perfect pop/rock/funk. I thrashed that CD for years after. It's fanatstic to see Dan still writing great songs and still out there. Not fully appreciated and not fully recognised, I hope his time is still to come.

Since seeng your show in Liverpool in May (the day before my 40th birthday...thanks for the Birthday wishes Dan) "Coming Up for Air" has been in my CD played almost constantly. Love all the tracks but this one has become one of my favourite songs ever! Thank you for the inspirational words and music. They cheer me up when I'm down. Spreading the Peace and Love!
