  • Lol @ your 5750.

  • it is company, not compagny lol :DDDDD

  • is it possible to have the osx and win7 at the same time??

  • @xRonTheReaperx Of course by virtualizing windows with Parrallel Desktop. But do not expect playing BF on a virtualized windows.

  • @sbfs Also, Just use Bootcamp to run a dual boot of OSX and WINDOWS

  • @xRonTheReaperx

    yeah with bootcamp too :)

  • you is noob!

  • @icaro2012and2012 Go back to school and learn to write in english...

  • Why you buy a mac when you make windows on it?

  • @fourfing3es I installed windows to play BF2 from time to time...

  • sbfs, what fps were you getting? Or what were your settings?

  • I have the 27" iMac 2011 with 2GB gfx card upgrade, and the 8GB DDR3 memory upgrade instead of the i7 upgrade. The memory makes a big difference and the extra GB of video card space is good for gpu eating games. The i7 upgrade is really meant for doing things at the same time. So example, web, battlefield, and iTunes together. Would not struggle as much as the i5 core.

  • Hi there, what fps were you getting?

  • Oh, and this happens at the hightest AND the lowest settings. Also, it's Windows 7 Ultimate Edition.

  • This video's great! But, I've got a problem, I was hoping you (or anyone reading this) could help me out. I have the a 27'' i7 quad-core iMac, 2GB 6970M, 16GB RAM, with 32x Win 7 on Boot Camp. Battlefield BC2 (on Steam) plays great... for about 5 - 10 minutes. Then it has this strange stutter every... about 3 seconds, rendering it nigh unplayable. Do you know if there could be a reason to this? I haven't used Windows in a while, so, please, anyone, help me out if you can. Thanks a lot!!

  • @zer0hvk Have you tryed to install the lastest ATI drivers ?

  • @sbfs I downloaded the ones for my card on the AMD site, I was redirectioned to it after searching for the ATI drivers. After installing, should I do anything in particular? Sorry, I've NEVER had a computer with a video card, so, I'm very much a newb in that respect. Do you think it might have something to do with the OS being 32-bit and not 64-bit?

  • Please reply to the comment posted by iAppleTechNews, the other one was a channel I don't use.

  • @iAppleTechNews The i3 version is not the best version of the iMac but should be able to play in low setting without lag. Are you using bootcamp ?

  • I have a question, I have the 21.5" iMac with 3.2 Ghz i3, 4 GB Ram, ATI Radeon 5670 w/ 512 MB GDDR3 VRAM. I have this game and for some reason I can barely run it on lowest settings. Any thoughts?

  • i tryed saving for an imac and failed ... and it wud also be a tough choice bacuse you cud get an alienware for round same prices ...

  • what fps u gettin? a constant 60?

  • Hey dude im thinking of buying an iMac are they really worth buying like is overpriced or its worth it

  • @miguelangel408 Anyone that says "they are overpriced" should not be taken seriously. Don't believe me? Go to newegg(dot)com and get the price for building a comparable PC. The 27" screen alone is a large chunk of the price, not to mention a copy of windows 7 for another $100+. Macs are NOT overpriced.

  • @Speedogg138 But what about the mac book air? or any mac laptop for that matter.

  • @JJCtheBeast Spec out a comparable laptop and actually do some research. If you want to build a windows laptop in that form factor then the 64GB SSD and a copy of Windows 7 is $250-300 right there. Add another $100-150 for the processor and you are already getting up there. The MBA is $900. We haven's even started with the MOBO, RAM, Keyboard, Screen, etc. Add to that the fact they crammed that into a package that is just over half inch thick and again: "Macs are NOT overpriced."

  • are u running windows 7 on a mac monitor? o.o

  • so you play this through bootcamp or there is already bfbc2 for mac?

  • Thats why you build a pc, so you can play any game maxed out at 60 fps.

  • no mac will run this

  • @nik6069 U fail

  • @sbfs im not the loser with a fucking mac

  • @nik6069 yes they can

  • @sTreek90 no, they are weak. video card no good

  • @nik6069 as sbfs said "U fail" you can see its playing it in this vid! so what are you talking about?

  • @sTreek90 he lowered the settings

  • @nik6069 are you an idiot? you said "no mac will run this" , low settings or not, its still working.

  • @nik6069 This is on a mac you ignorant pice of shit xD

  • @nik6069 can u give some kind of explanation?? you fuckin piece of shit? go n suck gate's cock fuckin ignorant

  • @nik6069 True.Not even mcnuggets.

  • So I love bc2 & Was going to just get a lcd 30 inch plasma for my pc gaming like by the time battlefield 3 comes out, So Should I get this & Run windows on it & Have the nice monitor with the 27 inch, Or should I get a 30 inch tv, & a good graphics card, I feel like the mac would be cheaper, I just want to know if the monitor looks good playing bc2.

  • @KillJONDead the 27" LED iMac screen is the THE best because is really beautiful and you can play with higher resolution. With a 30" TV Plasma Screen you will be stuck a 1920*1080 (1080p)

  • @sbfs Ahem. Actually the 27" iMac has a resolution of 2560X1440, this just means it is wider, and it does not come close to 1080p as you can see here 2560X>1440<. Your arguement is invalid.

  • @MrArchadeus Correct me if i'm wrong but if you play on a 30" TV screen, you will be stuck at 1920*1080 because no tv can handle more. 2560*1440 > 1920*1080 (1080).

  • Im thinking of getting an iMac could this run BC2?

    2.7GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5

    4GB 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 2x2GB

    1TB Serial ATA Drive

    AMD Radeon HD 6770M 512MB GDDR5

  • @ArtisticTerror For sure !

  • @KillJONDead if you are really going to do that. you are fucking stupid. Get a 3D tv then. Because battlefield 3 will be ready to be played in 3D

  • @KillJONDead

30" TV and good graphics card will be cheaper, but sooooo much worse. My dad has a Radeon 6870 and while frame rate is good, the quality looks awful. PC / Mac screens have much better pixel per inch ration while most Mac screen have a higher pixel per inch ratio. Thats another reason why Mac screens look so nice, plus thats what the "Retina Display" is.

  • Very nice. Getting one for my graphic design class. I know what I'll be doing in my free time!

  • 4GB of DDR? Fail.

  • @saitaro perfect for gaming bro

  • alter ist doch kein imac

  • is the internet for imac fast enough?

  • @vlFTW As fast as your Internet connection is. iMac's can use both wireless and wired Internet signals.

  • That isn't 2560x1440.. at 0:22 you can see the window is only a small part of the screen. That indicates that that's the resolution. And 2 seconds later is switches to full screen. If the resolution in the game would be 2560x1440 the whole screen would be white at 0:22. I don't know if I believe you have it at max settings. That's just impossible. A HD5750 at 2560x1440, max details running so smooth is just impossible..

  • @MrNuun You really want me to post another video to prove you'r wrong ?

The window is just moved to the right.

  • @sbfs Well. Ye.. Convince me and others that a HD5750 can run Battlefield Bad Company 2 on full resolution and maxed out settings. BFBC2 is such an intense game. It's just impossible to run that smooth on such a high resolution with maxed out settings..

  • @gourgeon5 So you're saying that a HD5750 can run 2560x1440 on max settings? While better AMD/ATI cards have trouble running on 1920x1080 max settings.. Just because it's a mac? Sounds quit unreasonable.

  • @sbfs it isnt 2560x1440 because the game doesnt support that resolution. but the computer does

  • @rudy76107 Yes he does i play with this resolution on 27" screen

  • @sbfs oh dang then that must be good resolution then!

  • @MrNuun mac hardware not working the same way that windows hardware, you cannot just compare graphics cards

  • @gourgeon5: That's BS. The Mac becomes a PC when in Windows mode. There is no difference when it's the same hardware.

  • @MrNuun I have the same machine, It runs at native no problem. Here is 1440p gameplay from me: C8i5moDIQeY

  • @MrNuun A lot of intro videos run at lower resolution, but the game will run at the "native" resolution.

  • what will happens if you put on advance settings?

  • what kind of version of windows 7 are you playing with?

  • @Csixtensson Windows 7 ultimate 32Bits

  • What a joke.

  • @louinou Feel free to explain yourself...

  • What video settings are you using?

  • @chueey14

    Max resolution 2560*1440

    All details in high

    FSAA and AA deactivated

  • lol some spelling mistakes xD 2560x1440** and also Company** haha

But overall its a nice video :) just one question.. when bc2 turned on, and the black window popped up, it looked like the resolution was something like 1280x1800, not the full 2560x1440. can you specify please? as i really want this imac :)

  • @iGeniusAtWork lol Thx dude i changed the title unfortunately i can't edit the mistake in the video.

Regarding the resolution i don't why but everytime I run the game it starts in windowed mode, but you can trust me the game is running in 2560x1440.

I will upload soon a video of Crysis in 1920*1200 with High !

  • @sbfs thank you very much :D cant wait for it :)

  • can't wait until i get my 27-inch cinema display
