You have to be balanced and very strong, because somethimes yours negativ energy can float on people and back forward from them on you. @singingbog I do not wish to trivialize your pain and suffering by offering a solution. Having said that may I recommend meditation, or yoga which may help you not to focus on the pain. Seek "the empty mind" by being still in a meditative state. By all means seek appropriate medication from your doctor. Remove stress from your life as much as possible.
