I am from, and reside in, Detroit. It saddens me that people that live in the modern industrialized world don't understand why Detroit is the way it is.Henry Ford, the father of mass industrialization, started the assembly line and within 100 years of the automobile being created all the 'American' auto factories outsourced the work and left the city with nothing to do except the crack the CIA helped pump into all inner cities during the 80's.People should give back to and never forget Detroit.
