  • That's really slick how you portray a serious, sight-threatening problem after laser refractive surgery as something that can be fixed with multiple surgeries.

  • Tom had the most serious PRK complication I have had in 20 years of doing PRK. What would be "slick" is if I didn't mention his complication and just posted only good results.

  • Hi good question, but this was an infection following PRK which produced the scar so Mitomycin C would not have prevented the scar. I do use it in high risk PRK cases and it is very helpful. Thanks for your interest.

  • Just a question good sir, during your PRK did the doctor put Mitomycin C after the surgery? nowadays its common to put Mitomycin C to prevent scar tissues.
