For issues like this you can just open two of the same window and have the sound off in one and just try to synchronise the sound with the other.

I use Amadis Software Converter. It converts mkv, ogg, avi, and 2 more that I can't remember. And it also do back and forth.

but i had to use 2 windows with the same URL and killed the sound of 1 and then started watching 1 at the moment the 2nd was on the right talking moment XD

When I downloaded this anime it was an MKV file, but for some reason when I convert it into an AVI file. It got screwed up so it's my converter's fault. I don't know how to fix that yet, So I'm really sorry if that happen.
