I have had to look over a lot of wicked witch melting scenes (studying; call backs for her tomorrow for my play) and this is one of the best play versions I've seen so far (:

@xxemoxx4ev AGREED about how well it's done! I direct youth theater in the inner city of Erie, Pa. We just received a grant to do our first musical and we're doing the Magical Land of Oz. I can learn A LOT from this clip! The melting scene is a classic and has to be on point.

@999dogbraeth....the witch was about to kill all of them, and let Dorothy die last to watch them all die first. That's a little BEYOND wicked I would say.

The Witch was very good. My only concern is that her voice was a bit thrown, a little over done. But the emotion behind it was phenomenal.
