buy a box of 20 brillo pads, wash the wheel down fist with soapy water, then get a hot bucket of soapy water, wet a brillo pad and use until the soap rubs out, then take a 2nd brillo pad and repeat etc. You'll be suprised at the money you'll save :)

@thirteendreams yea the rust has worked its way past the crome ,the back wheel is worth saving i rekon but the front is completely shot thru with rust
A brillo pad and a bucket of soapy water will free that front wheel from rust.
