For import standards, I'd that's fair. Marked up, but still...fair. I'd pay about the same for an import GCN or Wii title. Not proudly mind you, but I can't complain.
When the price goes EBay crazy ($90 and above) that's when you're getting ripped.
Saturn TSS is the best. Why? Bug fixes, graphical upgrades, a new character, and a no slowdown mode!
The bug fixes are important if you ever play 2-Player. Many of the big bugs in the original Arcade version (and thus the DC version too) were problems for the 2nd player. For example, often times their bosses would do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
These flaws were fixed on Saturn. I think they removed the 40-Hit Combo Limit too.

I only had to shell out almost $74 for it. ^.^;
But yeah. It was pricey, but not as much as the Dreamcast version (which I didn't get).

No you're still getting ripped. I don't care how rare a game is, you can't justify a price tag of $90 or above.
None of that money goes back to the developer so pirating or awaiting a port/remake would be my recommendation at that point
