Good lord, I've seen many ITB Vovlo's at speed but I've never seen inside one. That's a LONG shift handle. Must work okay though I've heard them downshift quick in the braking areas.
Lol, hey I know how it moves is more important than how long it is. And really my userid comes from my fascination of the art of shifting in high-performance situations. ;)
