Sheba (or the Hebrew Shva) was a Biblical country that may have included part or all of modern day Ethiopia and Yemen in the middle east. So, yeah, "arabic" is as close a description as possible, I guess.
Yeah, it's a popular assumption. Most people (even some people who read the bible) think Sheba is a person and not a place. Innocent misinterpretation.
It's still a very good performance, though, isnt it?

The more y'know. I didn't actually know precisely what Sheba was. I assumed it was an egyptian god or goddess of some sort.
