I just recently started using foundation and eyeshadow primers. I never thought they did anything, but now that I've tried them I do see a difference. I use Benefit's Lemon Aid, and the fact that it's yellow really takes care of discoloration around my eyes.

With foundation primers I notice that powders don't look cakey like on bare skin. I totally have to try that monistat stuff now.

And I have green eyes, but every purple shadow looks brown on me for some reason. I think I'm broken.

I use grey contacts though. I love grey and brown smokey eyes with them.

For everyday, I use a dirty gold color (woodwinked by mac is gorgeous) or taupe, with a dark brown in the crease. The contrast with the gold and grey is really beautiful!

Also for more dramatic looks, I really love how blue and yellow look.

This is random. I just bought a brand new Too Faced Shadow Insurance, took it out of the box and remember tossing it onto my makeup table. After a whole week, it is gone. Your primer tip made me think of it. Random I know, but that is super annoying to know you have it somewhere. I have green eyes and my eyes seem to look the best in gold, cranberries, greens and reddish colors. Great tips. Hope you are doing well!

I have weird colored eyes! From far away they are dark brown but if you look up closs, they look hazel. I dont even know what color my eyes are. My dad has brown eyes and my mom has green eyes so I suppose my eyes are hazel
